Sun Dress PDF Sewing Pattern - The Natalie
This sewing pattern for a cute sun dress includes 2 zip files. For American and Canadian customers please download the letter format, everybody else please download the A4 format. For German customers there is also an e-book in German.
Another cute style from Frocks & Frolics. Sizes 1-2 - 10-12. Each pattern comes as individual PDF file making it easier to cut out and reducing paper waste.
The video instructions are simple and clear so you can just watch and sew. This dress comes in an abundance of variations for which there are individual videos. The frocks & frolics project page 'Sun Dress Natalie' on frocksandfrolics.com has them all in one place plus an introduction and separate video introducing to the project. Take a look and see which one you are making first.
Each dress uses a different production technique, here its listed as the flutter strap option, so you can achieve stunning results and because not everyone has an overlocker it uses binding and French seams for that couture look.
The hem has a triple layer look giving it fullness without weighing down, because there really aren't any layers, its all the same! Intrigued?
As fastening I am using the snap poppers from JoAnne's fabric store. They are fab and so colorful and best of all easy to do!
You get two sash patterns, one slim one and one wide, the sash pattern is also free to download from the project page.
