Returns & exchanges
I want you to be pleased with your purchase! I promise to do my utmost to ensure the product arrives to you as described and in perfect condition. If there is a problem, I will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Should things go awry (I shudder to think), refunds and exchanges are, of course, an option if the process is initiated within 10 days of you receiving the order.
I have one caveat: I cannot refund or exchange an order at my expense because the colors of the print aren't exactly what you thought they'd be or because you have tried to print the item beyond it's capacity. I can promise you a product that looks great and that should be pretty darn close to what you see on your monitor when you order, but because your computer monitor is not calibrated the same as mine or might be a different quality, I cannot guarantee exact color matches between what you see and what you get. Same goes for texture effects on prints......some digital textures display better on some monitors than others and various printing labs handle the final prints differently.
