You have chosen a logo design from this shop - do you want to keep it for yourself and keep your brand unique? By purchasing this add-on, your design of choice will be retired from the shop and will not be sold again in the future.
Electronic orders (i.e. PDF patterns), are emailed within 24 hours of receipt of payment. I will email electronic orders to the email associated with your Etsy account, unless you give me other instructions in the “Notes to Seller” when you purchase.
Other orders will be shipped within two working days of receipt of payment.
I accept credit card payments directly through Etsy (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).
I also accept Pay Pal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Orders will only be shipped after I have received confirmation of payment. If you are having difficulty with the payment process, you can contact me and I will do my best to assist you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Due to the nature of the product, I don’t offer refunds for PDF patterns. However, if you have a problem with the PDF file itself, please contact me.
I appreciate constructive feedback about my PDF patterns. Please let me know if any directions or illustrations are not clear.
If you have purchased a PDF pattern from The Bilas Shop in the past and later see that it has been updated or improved, contact me and I would be happy to email you the updated file, free of charge. (This applies to patterns for the same product only).
