SHIPPING ADDRESS All orders ship to the Etsy (not PayPal) address. See below if you're shipping directly to a gift recipient.
SENDING AN ITEM AS A GIFT I am happy to ship directly to your gift recipient! If you would like me to include a special note or gift message, please indicate that during checkout and I will make sure to add it to the package.
SHIPPING METHOD Smaller items ship via USPS; large items are shipped via UPS.
EXPRESS SHIPPING Express Shipping is available for an additional cost. If you need an item to arrive quickly, please contact me prior to making a purchase for details and so that I can create a custom listing for you if you choose to upgrade the shipping.
FOR MY CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Delivery to Canada can take up to 3 weeks, so if you need an item by a certain date, order well in advance or contact me for express shipping.
FOR MY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: I do not collect any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and Strand's Supplies is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
TRACKING INFORMATION Will be sent to you once your items are packed and includes a link to check the status of the shipment.
Payment is accepted through PayPal and directly with a credit card through Etsy. Items will be mailed once payment is received. You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay through them, just click on the PayPal and credit card symbols during checkout. You will be given the option to pay by credit card without a PayPal account
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I will re-list the item after 2 days if payment has not been received.

Additional return information
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGE If you think your order is lost in the mail, first check the tracking details. If the package is in transit, the tracking information should indicate an expected delivery date. If the tracking information indicates that the package was delivered but you have not received it, contact me so I can try to track it down.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES Please note that this is my "destash" store, and the items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
