When purchasing multiple items in a single transaction, a discount may apply to the shipping fees. Was there a mistake? If we shipped the wrong item, or if it was not as described, please contact us immediately so we can make things right. If we agree to replace the item to correct our error, we'll ask you to return the item received in error (must be carefully packed as originally delivered, undamaged and within a timely manner), and we'll cover or prepay the shipping fee for you. Once the original item is received back, the replacement will be sent,and the shipping fees for the replacement will be on us! (In some cases we may offer to let you keep the original item.)

Many gemstones, while natural, may have industry-accepted treatments for enhancement or protection. Some help protect delicate stones from elements. Others may improve color and sparkle. Delicate gemstones and beads should be handled with care. Avoid "sonic" jewelry cleaners and strong chemicals. They can damage delicate stones, remove manufacturer treatments/coatings (mystic coatings, stabilizers, some dyes), or cause color change in some minerals. They can damage softer organic beads (pearls, turquoise, coral, etc.). Metal elements should be stored in an air-tight container (plastic zip bag), to decrease tarnishing or discoloration over time. Gently wipe clean with a soft cotton cloth.

To protect you and us, insurance is added to all purchases totaling $20 USD and over. When your purchases are insured, damage to or loss of any items during shipping is the responsibility of the delivery service, and you'll be able to file a claim directly with the insurer for reimbursement. If you would like to add insurance to any purchase totaling under $20 USD, please add a note to your order, and we will add the fee to your order. Once shipped, THERE IS NO RECOURSE FOR UNINSURED PACKAGES, if there is loss or damage caused by the postal service.

Currently, orders are accepted from and shipped to addresses within the USA. However, exceptions can be made on a case by case basis. PROCESSING: Upon of receipt of your order and payment, shipments will be processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery Confirmation is included with all orders. Insurance is included for all purchases totaling $20 USD or more, at no extra charge. Once the package is left with the U.S. Postal Service, delivery time is out of my control. During the holiday season, plan for longer delivery times and shop early!

Purchases will be shipped to the address on the buyer's Etsy account. Please check your account to make sure the mailing address is current before placing your order.

SHIPMENTS WITHIN USA: USPS First Class is used for most orders. USPS lists delivery times at 2-11 business days. During the holidays, delivery times may be longer. For larger combined orders shipped within the U.S., shipments may automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate parcel to improve delivery time to 2-4 days.

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: USPS First Class International will be used for smaller orders, up to 4 lbs. All packages will have delivery confirmation and can be insured up to $400 USD maximum. If you wish to place an order for over $400, please place an additional order for the remainder so your purchases can be fully insured. If you prefer to upgrade to USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate parcel, contact me prior to placing your order and I will create a special listing for you. USPS Priority International rates begin around $26-$28 USD, PLUS the fee for insurance.

EXPEDITED SHIPMENT: If a listing for an appropriate shipping upgrade is available in my shop, you can simply add that to your purchase before checking out. If there are special requirements, such as overnight shipping, please contact me (preferably before placing your order) to discuss the specifics. Buyers are responsible for any additional fees for expedited shipping.

HEAVY ITEMS: Larger, heavier items that can be packed safely and securely within an available USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box, will be shipped via that method to save on shipping fees. If an item is too heavy or doesn't fit within a Priority Mail Flat Rate box, the next lowest rate shipping method will be used with properly sized box and packing; the fees will vary with size, weight and shipping method. If a combined order contains a heavier item that cannot be safely packed together with the other items, the heavier item will be shipped separately.


Payments

Payment is due at time of purchase. My shop uses Etsy's Direct Checkout to provide you with additional payment options at checkout, including Credit Card, Debit Card, Etsy Gift Cards, and PayPal. Orders will be processed once full payment is received.

TAXES - My shop is located in the city of Cumming, Georgia, USA. State and local sales tax is required for customers with a mailing address in the state of Georgia, USA.
