Our items are not only being shipped in lovely wraps, but also sealed away safely. We ship by South Korea Post airmail, which offers efficient overseas delivery and can provide tracking number upon request.
Generally, we ship items within 3 to 5 business days after the payment is being cleared. Each shipping has a tracking number(no insurance). Please contact us if you have not receive your package over 30 days.
Please be aware that the duration of shipping can vary depending on your location and weather situation. Estimated duration of delivery are as follows:
Canada: 2-3 weeks USA: 2-3 weeks New Zealand / Australia: 3-4 weeks European countries: 2-3 weeks, up to 6 weeks max

Import duties, taxes and charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buy.
We will use the address you provide on Etsy when you place the order, not your paypal address, please double check it when you place order. Or you send a note in the "message to seller" box with your specifications. In the meanwhile, you can add this address to your Paypal account.

Returns & exchanges
NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS
Every pieces are made by order with a lot of care and attention especially for you, so please keep in mind that we cannot make a refund or exchange for custom ordered items such as custom length / custom color/ custom design - unless the product is faulty or damaged, or wrong size.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products EXCEPT custom made items - you can return them for an exchange or full refund. You will be entitle to get a refund or exchange of the product if you request one in writing within 7 days of receipt. All items must be returned unused condition. We will make a refund of purchase to your account once we receive the return. Original shipping charges and duties are not refundable. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Unfortunately, we can't accept liability for products that get lost or damaged in return transit.
LOST IN TRANSITE
If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible, but will work with you to resolve the problem.
We try our best to represent our products just the way it actually looks and feel. However, computer screens worldwide may deliver a slight difference in terms of true colour, but we guarantee the items you see on your screen look much like the real ones as much as possible. And because our items are handmade. Each may contain a little imperfection, but we ensure, if any, it might be so tiny that your friends will not even notice.
