Please note, I do my best to ship items within 1-2 business days. Items paid for by 3am EST will usually be shipped out by 4am EST that same day. A few extra days have been added to the listings to account for occasional travel. Shipping within US can take 2-5+ business days.
Shipping internationally can take up to several weeks.
Shipping times depend on postal service in your area as well as customs (if shipping abroad). If you would like to have the items by a certain date, it is recommended to upgrade to UPS or Fedex, which would incur an additional charge.
Package labels are generated via stamps.com, paypal.com or etsy and you will receive an automatic notification with the tracking number. Please check that your shipping address on etsy/paypal is correct before finalizing the transaction. We are not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address and will not issue a replacement.
If items are returned due incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping fee if the items are to be re-shipped.
All items will be shipped in a padded envelope via US Postal Service First Class mail with Delivery Confirmation (for US orders only).

* If your shipping address is different than what has been provided via paypal.
* If you prefer another shipping option other than USPS. Additional charges apply.
All international shipping for purchases above $250.00 MUST be upgraded to UPS shipping with signature confirmation. This will incur additional charges, at your expense. Please convo me for an estimate. Also know that you will be asked for your phone number to include on the shipping order.
* All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
* Items will not be marked as "gift" as this is against the law and I would be fined or lose my business.
* Customers are responsible for all fees, duties and taxes associated with shipment to their countries.
* There is no delivery confirmation for international mail, so it will be sent First Class Mail if the total value is less than $250USD. If you would like a tracking number this will increase the amount of shipping considerably, if it's available in your country.
* If you would like your item to be tracked the entire way, please convo me and we can determine the best method of shipment. This will be more costly than the standard USPS shipping method listed. USPS tracking numbers will only be tracked within the US and up to the point that it leaves the US, not beyond.
* Depending on customs and postal delivery services in your area, it can take several weeks for a package to be delivered. If you would like to expedite this delivery, contact me for UPS or Fedex options and additional costs.

Once the item has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation number (applicable to US orders only). You can track your package at http://www.usps.com, http://www.fedex.com or http://www.ups.com, depending on the method of shipment. You can also check through etsy under your Purchases Page: hover over "Your Account", select "Purchases & Reviews" and select "Track Package" to the right of your respective purchase.
Please note that I have the same tools available to you once the package has left my hands, so I will not be able to provide a different answer. It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and contact the shipping company if there is an issue. If there is a delay or the package has not arrived, please contact USPS directly to determine if there are any issues (https://www.usps.com/customer-service/customer-service.htm).
JSWMetalWorks Supply is NOT responsible for items that are not insured and will not send out replacements or provide refunds for items that have been shipped and not received.

Contact me directly if you have any issues with the item(s). Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and I must be contacted within 5 business days of receiving your purchase.

Item(s) to be refunded must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from date when it has been agreed upon to have the item(s) returned.
Refunds are issued only on the value of the item(s) being returned, not the original shipping. Refunds are processed accordingly using the form in which items were paid for. Store credit is not available.
Refunds on returned items will be issued immediately upon receipt. Items must be returned in the original packaging (i.e., gift box or bag) and undamaged/unused.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and it is required that a tracking number be provided for proof of shipping and tracking purposes. For larger ticket items, insurance is also advised. JSWMetalWorks Supply is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdelivered packages.
District of Columbia residents will be charged an additional 5.75% sales tax.
These are no longer included in the packages I send out in order to be more environmentally friendly. If you would like a copy of the receipt, you can print it by going to your purchases (Your Account > Purchases > View Receipt > Print Order). If you require a receipt included in the package for customs purposes, please add as note to seller upon check out.

Care for precious metals (plated and non-plated components):
Please keep in mind that these metals are reactive and can tarnish. Polish pieces periodically with polishing cloths, keep dry when in storage. Multiple environmental factors (skin pH, pollution, humidity, salinity, perfumes, lotions, hair spray, etc.) may affect the finish if not properly cared for. JSWMetalWorks Supply is not responsible for items that have been incorporated in to pieces and not properly cared for. If tarnish is a concern, it is recommended to use a clear lacquer, wax or polish prior to incorporating in your work.
When requesting a custom order, payment must be paid up front so that I can process the order for you and is non-refundable. You will be informed every step along the way if the items requested for the custom order is not in stock and has to be specially ordered.
