The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All orders can be cancelled and fully refunded BEFORE an item ships. If an item has already shipped, however, I CANNOT offer a full refund (since shipping costs will be deducted).
I do not offer refunds on personalized items as they cannot be resold. I also do not offer refunds on digital/downloadable items.
Returns/Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you need to return an item, you will be responsible to cover the costs of shipping the item back. Once I receive it (and determine the item is in the same condition as it was sent), I can refund you the cost of the item (shipping costs, unfortunately, will not be refunded).
