Delivery Method: We ship Priority Mail 1-3 days. Our Turnaround time is 2-3 weeks, and glitter items are 2-3 weeks. Please allow some time for turn around, before shipping, due to high volumes of orders. If the turnaround time is needed earlier we may accommodate and an additional $20 fee and will be charged to your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refund policy: ALLOW 24hrs FOR REFUND PROCESS. We hope that our hand crafted items are as customized as you requested and you are happy with your order. In the case that there are damages to your order(s) upon arrival we will ship a replacement at no cost. Please message the shop with a photo of the damage and we will further assist your replacement. Due to the customization on items and hand painted letters WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. We will work with you before shipping your items, so that you may receive your order as you like.

All Items are made to order, hand crafted, and priced per cup and letter sizes. Each size is priced differently. All letters are of decoupage and hand painted. We do not ship outside the United States.
