Item details

This is beautiful natural colored 3-ply yarn is made from moorit (light brown) Merino fleece grown by darling Kiwi, the sweetest sheep I've ever raised. Each skein is 200 yds long.

This yarn is wonderfully soft and is fantastic for knitting or crocheting. I listed it as DK weight but should work great with anywhere from US5-7 needles depending on your preference.

Apple Creek Farm is a small farm near Eugene, OR. We specialize in premium quality fleeces for handspinning. The mix of colored and white sheep are kept covered year round to keep hay and other imperfections out of the fleeces as much as possible. The small flock gets lots of personal attention and each sheep is treasured. The yarn was milled by Superior Fibers, a small family-owned and run mill in the Pacific NW.
