Payment must be received within 8 hours of placing an order. Items will not ship until payment is received. Cancellations/order modifications will be accepted up to 12 hours after payment is received. Taxes are included in prices unless otherwise specified.

The above policies apply to custom orders as well. Custom listings must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your personal listing link. Cancellation of custom orders is not accepted after production has started (12 hours on non-expedited pieces). Please allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders, plus shipping time. This may be longer during busy times. You will be notified if there is an expected increase in wait time. Shipping times vary widely depending on time of year, customs, and destination. Expedited shipping is available upon special request (3 business day guarantee). Please note that we cannot guarantee shipping times ourselves, and any shipping time guarantees come from the shipping provider, Canada Post, and not Foxberry Farm.

Please note that no two pieces are identical. Differences in wood are to be expected, so the piece you receive may be slightly different from the piece you see in the picture. The design will not differ, but there may be slight discrepancies in how a stain colour takes to each piece of wood, and in the wood grain pattern. There will be no major differences between the piece you are listed and the piece you receive. Due to natural expansion and contraction of wood, sizes are given as approximations and may differ by up to 1/2".
