The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
There are no refunds or cancelations on all personalized and custom orders. If the item arrives damaged or messed up then I will accept to exchange/remake the item for you for no additional charge. Will exchange an item up to 30 days of purchase. However, if you the item is damaged while you are wearing/using the item, washing/drying the item, etc. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
