Cricut cutting mats have been customized to match commonly used crafting materials. Each has just the right level of grip to not only hold your material firmly in place during cutting, but to also allow you to easily remove the material from the adhesive surface. The StrongGrip mat offers a strong hold surface perfect for heavyweight materials such as specialty cardstock, glitter cardstock, chipboard, and fabric with stiffener. It’s our longest lasting mat featuring double life adhesive technology.

We will ship via Best Method for the delivery location and weight of item shipped. Standard Shipments will be sent via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Special arrangements for delivery or Expedited shipping methods will be accommodated at the buyer's expense.

Returns & exchanges

Return Policy:
All returns must be authorized by a representative.
Buyer must contact us within 15 days after delivery to request a Return Authorization Form for any items ordered.
Only product still in the original packaging and in new condition will be accepted, unless otherwise agreed upon.
There will be a 15% restocking fee for all items returned, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error. Return shipping cost will be the buyer's expense, unless shipped or otherwise incorrect due to our error.
Any orders returned without prior authorization will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Any orders returned due to "Undeliverable Address" will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Any orders returned from a "Refusal" will be subject to a 25% restocking fee
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of return. Refund will be given as money back through the original payment method.

Unless otherwise noted, all of our merchandise is new and carries the manufacturer's original warranty. Merchandise lost or damaged in shipping (with the exception of USPS First Class International Mail) will be replaced at our cost. All warranty returns, refunds and/or exchanges must be authorized by a representative.
