♥ ADDRESSES I ship to your address listed on your Etsy invoice. Please make sure it's correct or you will incur extra postage charges if the package is return to me.
♥ DOMESTIC ORDERS I ship all domestic orders via US postal service, First Class mail, with insurance and tracking information.
♥ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS I ship all international orders via US postal service, First Class mail, with insurance. First Class International Mail is not traceable if lost . Only Priority International can be tracked and traced. Please contact me if you wish to upgrade.
♥ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS Please be aware some countries charge taxes or fees on merchandise shipped from the US. I can not be held responsible for these taxes or fees. Any taxes or fees on merchandise shipped from the US is the buyer's responsibility. If your package is return due to failure to pay customs fees or taxes you will not receive a refund.
♥ SHIPPING CHARGES I try to give an honest calculation on shipping charges. If I overcharge for your shipping, I will give a refund of the overcharge.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

♥ Damages; If your package arrives and the merchandise is damaged, please document carefully, with date, time and a digital photo how it was received and I will work to replace your item, if I have them in stock.
