Large quantity orders require custom shipping costs. To avoid shipping overages; please contact us before purchasing, and we will adjust shipping costs accordingly.

Please be sure to indicate the exact day the order needs to arrive when the order is placed.

Priority mail ships within 2-3 days. We plan arrivals one day before your event. If you would like the order to arrive sooner, let us know. To be safe, we always anticipate the package to arrive on the 3rd day. (72 hours from the day the package is shipped).

Upgrades to alternative or faster shipping methods are possible. Message me before purchasing. Include your shipping address, as the additional shipping cost will need to be calculated.

If you find yourself with a cookie emergency, message me with the date you need your shipment BEFORE placing your order to determine the availability of a rush order. There will be a 25% rush fee added to the cost of the cookies (excludes shipping).

The standard method of shipping is USPS Priority 2-3 day. USPS Priority 2 day Express shipping may be purchased for addition fee. USPS Priority Express shipping is the only guaranteed method of shipping offered through USPS. FedEX overnight shipping is also available. Message me with your address for a quote before purchasing.

I do my absolute best to ensure all cookie creations arrive safely. During the packaging process my focus is to keep cookies fresh and eliminate breakage.

7-Day Cancellation Policy: To cancel or change an order, kindly give a seven day notice from the day the order is to be shipped. Otherwise, the original items will still be prepared, and the original charge will stand.

Mix Bake Decorate ships via USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipments are packaged with a tremendous amount of packaging materials to help ensure the best delivery. Unfortunately, on rare occasions cookies do break in the shipping process. No refunds will be issued for broken or damaged cookies.

Insurance may be requested on packages, and the buyer is required to follow through with USPS to file a claim on damaged items.

Unfortunately, Mix Bake Decorate cannot be responsible for delayed, uncollected packages, undeliverables or incorrect addresses. No refunds will be submitted in these situations. The address listed as your "ship to" address is the sole address used while shipping. Please take a moment to assure that it is 100% accurate prior to submitting your order.

In an event of non-payment, the order will be canceled. Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase, or it will be considered a non-payment.
