All about Aeoniums: they are rosette-forming succulents that usually grow on a long, bare stem. They are not frost tolerant and do best in USDA zones 9-11. The darker purple Aeoniums can tolerate full sun, while the green ones prefer some shade. The flowers come out of the center of the rosette.
