All items from Little MAC Design are shipped via USPS. Most packages (all chalkboards) are shipped priority 2-day with tracking and $50 insurance included. If smaller package is purchased it can be sent first class which can take up to 5 business days and I also always add tracking.

Currently all items have a 2 week turnaround. Within the two week time frame from the date ordered your item will be created, packaged and shipped. Please allow an extra day or two if the end of the two weeks fall on weekend as shipping is only accounted for on business days.

I work very hard to keep up with the specific schedule so each order can successfully provide customers information and arrive in a timely manner for the event.

Having said this, please be sure to place your order AT LEAST 2 weeks before the need by date and provide that date in your order to help me better assist you.

This is available for an additional charge. This means your item gets bumped up on my schedule and will still be shipped priority 2-day mail, unless you would like to also advance the shipping for an additional charge.

Due to the custom work, refunds will not be available for any items. If for some reason there is an issue with the item, damaged or broken, please contact me to discuss replacement options. All items ship priority mail which include $50 insurance which we may need to utilize if item is damaged in shipment. Thank you for your understanding.
