You can either use this listing as a color guide for choosing your desired 100% Merino wool fascinator hat in my shop, or purchase a color swatch sample or two if you are not sure which color / shade suits your need.


I am not a wool felt supplier; thus, I only have a limited amount of color swatches available ready to ship at any given time. PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST before placing an order for the swatches.


Quantity 1 (set of 1 swatch) = 1 order = $1
Quantity 2 (set of 1 swatch) = 2 orders = $2
so on so forth

Quantity 1 (set of 5 swatches) = 1 order = $4.5
Quantity 2 (set of 5 swatches) = 2 orders = $9
so on so forth

Shipping cost stays the same for up to 12 swatches.
Swatches will be shipped in a letter envelope, with no tracking number.
I offer shipping upgrade. You can choose it during check-out.

I ship to worldwide, normally within three days after the payment was received.
For most of the fascinators, the processing time is 1-2 weeks. Please refer to individual listing for details.

All shipping address should be accurate and confirmed. I ship the most reasonable and affordable mail services offered by the USPS:
*Shipping in U.S. : via First Class large envelope or parcel with tracking.
*Shipping Internationally: via First Class International large envelope or parcel with a custom receipt number as a tracking source.

~ If you need the purchased items faster, I do offer priority and express mail services.

*** Please be aware that the shipping fee does not include custom tax or extra handling fee requested from your local post office that could possibly impose on you (British customers, please be aware of this cost).

I start working on your order immediately after the transaction is approved. Transactions made by E-checks take a lot of time. Please wait patiently until it is successfully transferred. I won't ship your order when the payment is still pending.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information

1. Custom orders are exchangeable ONLY if Hattraction sent wrong items, color, style, or measurement (if already provided by the customer).

2. The exchanged item must be notified within 3 days of being received. *** Please note: Wool fascinator hats are neither exchangeable or refundable with only exception if wrong color / item was sent to you.***

3. Please contact me FIRST before mailing back the item(s) for an exchange or refund.

4. Exchanged or returned items must be mailed back in the same packaging as well as condition as they were received. Customer pays for the return shipping, with tracking number if possible. A return or an exchange cannot be issued if the package is lost during transportation. Refunds will only be given if Hattraction has approved its condition: in good original condition, never been used, broken, damaged, altered, or substituted.

5. The original shipping fee is not refundable for exchanged or returned items. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the item's value.

*** All orders are shipped with either tracking number (in U.S.) or custom receipt tracking number (all international destinations). Hattraction is NOT responsible for the address that is undeliverable, thus resulted the package is lost, stolen, or unable to claim or to locate.***
