THESE ARE INTERESTING mostly world war two WWII censor marks, and miltary used reproductions, . great for scrapbooking as by power of association you can tie them into almost anything I think you'll find these rubber stamps useful. Sizes.. use ruler and coins for a reference of how large each stamp is. Think about the scale that would look correct size on a standard envelope letter. Most military letters to home etc were in 6 1/2 inch envelopes
words opened by censor is just over 2 inches wide and was designed to really catch the GI's attention, The US army post is about 1 1/2 inches wide, The rectangle "passed by Examiner" is just over one inch wide, The partial army post mark is 7/8ths of a inch measured across the eagle passed circle is one inch .
