Is your address current? Please make sure that your Etsy and Paypal addresses match. If they do not, and I am unable to contact you, I will send items to the address provided by ETSY. We cannot be held responsible for mail delays or orders "lost in the mail" due to undeliverable addresses.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. Once we place the item in the mail it becomes the responsibility of the USPS or International Post. Items are packed with care to ensure they arrive in good condition.
Shipping fees include packaging materials, envelopes, postage, etc.
International Buyers -Import duties, taxes, customs, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
-Tracking is not available on international orders. -You may experience long delays due to customs and we are unable to guarantee a delivery date.
We accept payment through PayPal or Credit Card. Purchases will not be shipped until payment is confirmed. Payment is due within 3 days of purchase; otherwise the sale will be canceled.
Returns & exchanges
We really appreciate every order that comes in and want to do our best to leave you 100% satisfied. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product once you receive it, please contact us immediately.
Return shipping and restocking fee will be at the expense of the buyer.
Any order that is cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded in full. An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
