Hollywood patterns were created by Conde Nast in 1932 and went out of business just after World War II. Many of their patterns featured Hollywood stars. Not dated, but most likely early 1940s, it's a bit unusual to find children's patterns from Hollywood.
The unprinted pattern is complete with directions in great condition. The envelope is a bit tattered.
