I ship all items via Canada Post and will combine shipping cost on multiple purchases. I charge as close to actual shipping cost (and sometimes less) as possible and will refund significant over charge.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA: All items to destinations within Canada will be mailed Regular Parcel. It includes tracking and delivery confirmation, which I will provide once parcel has been sent. Small items will be sent Letter-mail (no tracking).
Delivery times vary but items will usually be delivered within 7-10 business days.
SHIPPING TO USA: Items with destinations to the US can either be mailed as Light Packet with no tracking or as a Tracked Packet, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation. You will have an option to select this at check out.
Delivery times vary, but items going to the USA will usually be delivered within 10-14 business days.

Buyers in countries other than Canada & US; please contact me for shipping cost.
NOTE that orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may ship it back within 15 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent out. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping costs. Please contact me prior to returning an item. Refund will be given upon receipt of the item.
If the reason for return is an error on my part, I will do a full refund upon the receipt of the item providing it’s returned in the same condition and packaging in which it was sent out. Colours – Every attempt is made to show the colour of the item as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that different monitors show colours differently.

All of my items come from a smoke free home. All items are stored in a closed off area not accessible to our cat.
