Engraving on the light brown sets will be a black color while the black sets will be a gold color. The engraving color may vary slightly from set to set.

Love it! I got this for my boyfriend's birthday gift and he absolutely loves it too. The customization turned out perfect (I got it in black), and the tools themselves are actually really good quality. The seller was great to work with. I would definitely recommend it or buy it again for another friend or myself!

**NOTE- if you are from outside the United States, please do not ask us to lie about the contents of the package either on the box and / or on the customs forms. We apologize but we will not violate any laws in order to ship to international addresses. Also, if you are outside the U.S., you will be responsible for all customs fees, duties and any other fees that may be associated with your package.
Once we give the package to the shipping carrier, we have no control over how long it takes for your item to arrive. We cannot guarantee any delivery times.
If your package is returned to us due to being undeliverable for any reason because of the name and/or address you provided during checkout, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping fee to have the package resent to you. If it was a due to a mistake on OUR part, we will pay for the shipping fee to have it resent to you.
We accept PAYPAL as well as MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also accept ETSY Gift Cards.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
When you order an item from us that needs to be personalized, we will design the item and will email you a proof of what it will look like before we make the finished product. When you receive the proof for your design, the proof will be in a computer generated design format. This means that the design and / or wording will be in black color. Just because the proof is in black does NOT mean that is how your final product will come out. See the items listing for more info as to what the final item will look like. If you are unsure of how it will come out, ASK before ordering.
We will make any changes necessary to make the item the way you want it. Once you give us the approval, we will go ahead and create your finished piece. IF you choose to bypass the PROOF process then you bear all responsibility in the way the product design turns out and will not be able to return the product if you do not like the final product.
We offer a 5 Day return policy on NON personalized items. If you receive an item that you are not satisfied with, You must email us within 5 Business Days to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number prior to returning the item. If you return the item without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number, then the package will be rejected and returned to you and you will not receive a refund. Your package must be shipped back to us within 7 business days of delivery.
PERSONALIZED or CLOTHING items are NOT returnable for any reason unless there was a mistake on OUR part as far as design of your product based on the information you provided to us. If you provided the incorrect info originally in your order, then we will not be responsible for said errors. If you are not clear and specific in the NOTES section of your order, you will be responsible for the way the order is processed and the order will not be eligible for a refund. Again, if you do not choose to receive a PROOF of your design before the item is made, you bear sole responsibility that the item will turn out correctly and will not be able to return said item. If you give us approval on a proof that we send you and if you do not catch an error in the proof, then you will bear all responsibility for that error. The reason we send proofs prior to making an item is to give you a chance to review our work and make sure that we include your information in the correct way.
When shipping items back to us for a refund, we advise to make sure you package the item(s) well and suggest that you insure the package. If we receive a damaged item that was not insured, then you will not be entitled to a refund.
If you receive a DAMAGED item from us, you must notify us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS. If you do not notify us within that time frame, we reserve the right to refuse to replace / refund you for the damage. You must also keep any and all packing materials and cartons that the item came in for inspection by the shipping carrier if they request it. If you fail to do this, our claim may be denied by the shipping carrier and we will in turn deny your claim. We will advise you when you are able to dispose of said materials.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OUR RETURN POLICY, then please do not order from us. We try and make sure everyone is satisfied with their order, but we must also take steps to ensure that all parties (including us) are dealt with fairly. Thank you.
We will not make any products without the purchaser giving us the "okay" on the proof sent to you after we design up your product. If you choose to bypass this step and wish us to just proceed with making your product(s) without seeing a proof, please put "NO PROOF REQUIRED" in the NOTES section of your order. BE ADVISED- If you choose this option, you bear all responsibility that the item will turn out the way you want it. We will use our best judgment in designing the product for you but you will NOT be able to return the product because you do not like the way it turned out. If you have any doubts, please let us create a proof for you. Any questions, please ask!
