Your item will be shipped Via USPS within 1 - 3 business days of your payment receipt and your order will be securely packaged for protection.
Lotus Dragon Designs is not responsible for any lost or damages that occurs while in transit.
Please note that that once the item is shipped, I have no control over the transit time, especially during the holiday season.
IMPORTANT: If your item(s) are returned by the Postal Service due to BUYER address issues or other reason beyond my control, BUYER is responsible for actual cost to resend. If SELLER is at fault, SELLER will incur the cost of resending.
International Shipping: I am happy to ship outside of the United States, packages are shipped through USPS, via First Class Mail, unless otherwise arranged. Delivery confirmation and tracking is not available on International orders. Please be aware that customs policies vary from country to country. I have no control over extra fees that may be charged such as import taxes or other customs fees. These said fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as I have no way of predicting what these fees may be. Additional customs clearance procedures may be required causing additional delivery delays beyond my control. International shipping and times will vary due to location.
I currently accept PayPal and all payments must be made within 3 business days. If your payment has not been received within 3 business days, your purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
A PayPal account is not required to pay using a credit card. Be sure that your PayPal address match the shipping address, if not, PLEASE inform me in 'message to seller' or by e-mail, so that I can know the correct mailing address.
Returns & exchanges
Lotus Dragon Designs does not offer any refunds. Please read the item descriptions carefully and ask any questions you might have before you make your purchase! I love questions!!
Your item has been handcrafted and packed lovingly, if it arrives damaged or breaks within the first week, PLEASE notify me by convo/email immediately, I will fix it!
For any reason that you are not completely satisfied within the first week of receipt and the item has not been used, PLEASE send me a convo/email so we can work together to make you happy!!
If you would like your item shipped to a different address, please add the name and address in 'message to seller'. There is no additional cost and I will send you the invoice. If there are additional instructions to your request, you will charged accordingly.
