These are feathers from an Umbrella Cockatoo named Fred. They are 100% cruelty free and naturally molted. This Lot includes 60 beautiful snowy white feathers. They range in length from 5" to 1". I remove the feathers from the cage as soon as they are molted. They have not been washed, dyed, treated or prepped in any way allowing you to use as needed. Feathers in the photos are the exact feathers you will receive. Feathers may have minor imperfections. I have a large selection of feathers, various sizes and colors, you may e-mail me with any special requests. FEATHER SALE!! I would be glad to combine multiple orders of feathers to save on shipping costs. I mail my feathers Priority mail in a box to protect them and provide the convenience of tracking and insurance.
I will ship within the continental United States only. Most smaller items will be shipped U.S.P.S. priority mail. This will include insurance and a tracking number. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs and insurance. If items are larger I will have you e-mail me with your location and I will get a shipping quote for you. You may combine items to save on shipping if possible. All items will be properly packaged with bubble wrap or other packing material. There will be a $4.00 handling fee on some glass and pottery items. This helps me cover expenses in packaging items. I do try to use clean, recycled boxes and packaging when possible. I will ship to Etsy address.
Payment is expected immediately after purchase and I will ship out as soon as possible after payment is received. I accept Paypal and Etsy Direct checkout. When I put together a custom order I will reserve an item for you. That item has to be paid for within 48 hours or it returns to my listings to be sold.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and exchanges will be given on an item by item basis. There will be no refunds if the listing states no refunds. Glass and pottery items are too fragile and heavy to offer refunds. All vintage items are previously enjoyed. I will describe items to the best of my ability and point out any flaws I see. Please e-mail me with any questions you may have before and after any transactions.
