Due to our client work load, we do not offer logo design services or any custom design services for this particular item. Your artwork must be a completed, pre-designed, digital graphic file matching the requirements above. You're more then welcome to provide the file requirements (listed below) to your graphic designer. This will help ensure your designer is sending you the correct files.

PDF, EPS AND .AI VECTOR FILES
We will accept PDF, EPS and .AI files when the following conditions are met;
• All art inside the PDF, EPS and .AI files have been converted to vector (shape).
• JPEG's & PNG's ****cannot**** be placed/linked inside AI, PDF or EPS files. 
• Smallest artwork can be no less than 6px in width/height for the stamp size your purchasing. Smallest text in caps is 6pt. Smallest text in lowercase letters is 12pt.
• All text must be converted to outlines (non-editable text).
• All artwork must be black/white. No grays, no colors.

HAND-DRAWN IMAGES VIA SCANNED ARTWORK (PDF FILES ONLY);
• Smallest artwork can be no less than 6px in width/height. Smallest text in caps is 6pt. Smallest text in lowercase letters is 12pt.
• Please make sure your scanning your artwork at 300dpi. Lower resolution files will not be accepted.
• All artwork must be black/white. No grays, no colors.
• Sending as a PDF will be fine as long as the above requirements are met.

ALL OTHER DESIGN SOFTWARE, including Cameo Machines (PDF FILES ONLY);
• PDF vector artwork only. Black and White art only, no grays.
• Smallest artwork can be no less than 6px in width/height. Smallest text in caps is 6pt. Smallest text in lowercase letters is 12pt.
• All text must be converted to outlines (non-editable text).

We will not accept;
• JPG’s & PNGS designed in photoshop or any other type of software

- Cotton Fabrics (any ink is fine)
- Coated Papers (metallic, shimmer, gloss, matte, special coated papers - requires a permanent ink pad)
- Matte Papers (any ink pad is fine)
- Plastics (permanent ink pads)
- Wood (any ink pad is fine as long as the wood is matte)
- Metal (permanent ink pads)
- Muslin Bags (any ink is fine)
- Any non-porous material (material that doesn't absorb ink - Permanent Ink pad is needed)

----------HOW TO ORDER----------
New to our Shop? It's easy to order!

1) Choose your stamp size option from the drop down next to the add to cart button. Artwork will be proportionally resized to fit the maximum space of your stamp size ordered. White space around your artwork will be discarded unless the order's message to seller notes has specific instructions to not resize your artwork. For example; "Please have my stamp impression be no more then a maximum imprint of X by X inches on a X by X stamp."

2) Add the items to your cart. Please include the description of your file image in the message to seller box. Please make sure you are providing your correct shipping address before you complete your purchase.

3) Check-out. 

4) Send an e-mail to hello [at] fallfordesign.com with your artwork and order number. If we have any problems with your file, we will reach out to you. We will not contact you unless we have a problem with your file. To avoid additional delays, please make sure your file meets the file requirements mentioned above. If your file does not meet the requirements listed above, we will ask for you to re-send the correct file.


----------TERMS OF USE & SERVICE----------
Stamps transfer ink from ink pad to the rubber component, to paper; therefore it is the nature of the stamp impression to look a little rustic vs. a solid imprint. Example images seen are a graphic, not an actual stamp impression.

If we have a question about your order, please respond back to us within 10 days. After 10 days we will proceed with manufacturing your stamp.

All artwork cannot be stolen or copied from other designers or elsewhere on the web due to copyright and trademark laws. All artwork must be one of the following;

1) Made by you
2) Purchased from a logo designer or logo templates listed for sale via the web
3) Your Employer which has given you the right to reproduce their image into a stamp for business purposes

Any artwork that has been stolen, copyrighted, or removed from other works by the buyer, will be 100 % legally responsible for any trademark or copyright infringement lawsuits. We are not responsible for any infringement done on behalf of the buyers. By purchasing the listing, the buyer takes full responsibility for breaking or infringing on any trademark or copyright laws.

    I was so excited to have a custom stamp made with my business's new logo on it, especially from a shop that seemed to have so many glowing reviews! However, my experience with Fall for Design was very unpleasant. After having our logo converted to one of the file types they accept, the design was sent over. Next thing I know, a stamp arrives in the mail with a giant 'X' on it. Clearly the file did not download to them the way it looked on our computer, and there was ZERO communication from the seller prior to shipping, no proof, NOTHING. I reached out to the seller about the issue and was basically told "too bad". They were quick to blow me off, and did not offer any compromise or solution for the mix-up. The lack of care and customer service from this shop is extremely disappointing.
