File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

At the moment Paypal is the only payment method I am accepting, although this may change in the future.

I am required by new UK Cancellation of digital goods regulations, to tell buyers that by clicking the BUY IT NOW BUTTON, they waive the right to a refund – however - I have always been willing to refund a buyer if they are unhappy with any of my patterns and this will not change :O)

For details of these new regulations please see this link

Returns & exchanges

All the patterns have been test knitted, but I, and my test knitters are human (well I think they are!!) and we do make mistakes. If you spot a error please contact me and I will correct it and send you the revised pattern.

I sincerely hope there will be no need, and you will thoroughly enjoy knitting the toy and be delighted with the result. :O)

Sorry, but I will not do refunds for people who buy thinking they are ready made items, as they are a digital pattern and by downloading them I assume you are going to use them
