Shipping and Handling charges may include the cost of shipping supplies (boxes, envelopes, bubblewrap, etc) as well as insurance, Etsy fees, PayPal fees, and credit card fees in addition to the cost of postage.
Most purchases, both domestic and international, will ship within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Payment must clear before your order is shipped.
Orders are shipped to the address on the ETSY Invoice. Please make sure this address is correct! If you wish to have your package shipped to a different address, let us know either in the notes section of your order or via convo.
SHIPPING UPGRADES
Upgrades are now available at checkout. Please be aware that upgrading your shipping does not guarantee that your package will arrive on a specific date, especially during the holiday season.
UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS:
Packages usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders within the United States will be shipped USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation. When your order is scheduled to be mailed, you will receive an email from Etsy or PayPal that contains a delivery confirmation number that can be used as tracking. If you do not receive this information, please check your spam folder and/or contact the shop.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Packages usually arrive within 14 to 30 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). International orders will be shipped USPS First Class International. The customs form will be marked as "Merchandise". We will NOT mark your purchase as a "gift". This is against UNITED STATES FEDERAL LAW. We will include a packing slip stating the value of the purchase in all international packages unless you specify otherwise. Your country may charge additional fees such as customs duty and/or import taxes. The recipient of the merchandise will be required to pay any and all such fees. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order!
TRACKING INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
A few countries now support DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Delivery confirmation is not the same as tracking. Check if your country is on the list here:

International packages DO NOT have accurate tracking. The customs form number that all International orders receive is for customs purposes and is NOT a real tracking number. Once your package has left the United States and there will be NO MORE tracking updates. Departure from Miami, FL is often the LAST update with a customs form tracking number. Countries on the list at the link given above may receive another update when the package is delivered.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
Canadian orders will be handled in the same manner described in the International and International Tracking sections above.
CUSTOMERS IN MEXICO & ISRAEL:
Sorry, we are not shipping to Mexico and Israel due to packages not arriving at their destinations.
