All items are shipped by USPS in an expedient time period, depending on whether or not the item is a custom order. All items will be securely packed so that you will receive your order in the best condition possible. However, I am not responsible for rough treatment in the mail system once it leaves my shop.
If the price you pay for shipping exceeds what I pay by $1.00, I will refund your overages via either Paypal or Direct Checkout. This depends on how you paid.
I accept payment through PayPal and by Credit Card.
I also charge sales tax to Colorado customers.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
In this shop I strive to deliver the best handmade work and quality yarns to my customers. If you are not satisfied, please contact me through this shop within seven days and we will come to an agreement on how to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. Returns will be handled at my expense if I shipped the wrong product to you. If you are not pleased with the product, even though it is the correct one according to your order, you may mail back the product at your expense as long as you contact me within 7 days of the purchase. Once I receive the product, I will ship the new product to you at my expense.
Reserved listings are good for 30 days unless we have made a prior arrangement. If you have not paid after 30 days, I reserve the right to remove the listing and put the item back into stock.
