Parcels can be tracked via Australia Post. Please contact Pit a Patter for your tracking number.
Pit a Patter assumes no responsibility for delays or losses incurred via Australia Post. Should your order be lost or damaged during transit please contact Australia Post ( with your tracking details) to lodge a claim.
We endeavour to dispatch your jewellery item within 7 days (excluding Public Holidays) of placing your order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. American Express is not accepted.
Returns & exchanges
As all products are custom and handmade refunds are not possible except where we have made an error or the product is found to be faulty.
If you feel an item is faulty, please contact Pit a Patter within 5 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues.
If necessary , it is the responsibility of the buyer to return it back to Pit a Patter in its original condition (via registered mail) to be reviewed.
Pit a Patter will not accept resposibility for repaying postage and handling charges on any returns.
The purchaser assumes all responsibility for correct spelling and information that is to be stamped or engraved.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to confirm that your order is correct.
Any error cannot be rectified in the jewellery once the making process has commenced and order confirmed. All items are listed in AUD $.
All products may exhibit a slight variation to those displayed on our display image as each item is individually handcrafted. Unlike mass produced machine made products each impression or jewellery will display unique and individual qualities.
