Payment is expected in full before sending the marchandise either by credit card or via paypal. If the object purchased is not available or cannot be sent (for any reason) it will be entirely refunded or the order can be changed to personalized one.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Marchandise leaves Geneva in perfect condition (photos). If a problem occurs please contact me for a solution. All return fees are paid by the buyer.
