Please allow me 3 business days to ship out your item. I make every attempt to mail the very next business day from the time your payment is received and cleared.
Orders are shipped to your Pay Pal address unless otherwise requested, or your address on Etsy direct payment invoice.
My shipping quotes are the least expensive for the item to help keep your costs down. I refund unintentional overcharges.
If you wish Priority, USPS Overnight, Priority , or Express convo me BEFORE you place an order so I can adjust your fees or invoice you the difference.
The shipping fees quoted often include a $1.00 handling charge to cover shipping supplies and delivery tracking and/or insurance. I USE CLEAN RECYLCED SHIPPING SUPPLIES OFTEN.
Payment must be made and confirmed within 3 days from purchase. If there are special circumstances, please let me know by etsy convo. I will make every effort to contact you by convo or email before I cancel any order for nonpayment.
I accept Etsy direct payment and Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to use Pay pal. Pay Pal provides a secure way to pay with your credit card, although the credit card venue may take a bit longer to show up as a paid item in my account. I do not ship until payment has been received.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Your SATISFACTION ASSURANCE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for ANY REASON (*****except for books, magazines, digital downloads, custom or personalized items***** no returns on these), I will gladly refund the entire purchase price including shipping and handling and will pay for you to ship the item back to me (least expensive shipping option, and apply your ship refund upon receipt of item by me) Please do not try to repair or alter the damaged items until you have notified me. That can make it difficult for me if I file a shipping claim. In the case of damage, you may be asked to email me a clear, large photo of the item if I am asked to provide same by USPS, UPS, FedX or 3rd party insurers to file a claim. NOTIFY ME BY ETSY CONVO WITHIN 3 CALENDAR DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ITEM OF ANY PROBLEMS.
