All smaller items will be packaged & processed within 3 - 5 working days (this does not include weekends) & all items will be shipped utilizing an appropriate, fully tracked & signed for service, of which generally takes 3 - 5 working days for delivery upon pick up. Please do not expect to receive your items prior to these time frames; however, should you require an earlier service due to time constraints you may have, please do ask, as we will always accommodate your request where possible. All large furniture items will require either your personal pick up or an arrangement for courier quotes to you location; this may be conducted by yourself, the buyer, of by us, the seller at your request. All our furniture items will have appropriate shipping insurance cover for loss or damage incurred whilst in transit. All china & glassware is bubble wrapped & double boxed for shipping, though insurance will only cover lost parcels whilst in transit; all breakages are not covered.
All items purchased directly from our Etsy Shop may be paid for via direct debit or Paypal. Payment in full is required prior to shipment. Any works commissioned require a deposit, where full payment is required prior to shipment.
Returns & exchanges
Should, for any reason, there be a distinct difference between the listing information & the item you receive, a full refund will be offered after the item has been returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery. No refund shall be accepted for reasons of a) change of mind or b) an ill fitting product. All insurance claims must be supported with detailed information & photographs of the item/s & the packaging. No refunds are available for a custom finished piece, including any deposits paid.
