This ballpoint pen has a matte gray finish that is in very vintage good condition. I don't remember the exact year the Caldor Department Stores chain went out of business bu I worked for them during most of the 1980's. These pens were given out to 'The Manager of the Month'. It uses standard Cross pen ink refills and there's a brand new one in the pen. Nice writing instrument in good condition, a few very minor scratches that are barely visible on the matte finish.
Currently I only ship within the US using USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking and insurance is provided with most purchases. You will receive an email confirmation when your item is ready to ship. I ship within three (3) business days of payment. If for any reason there is a delay the buyer will be informed promptly. All jewelry items are shipped in a standard small jewelry box and padded mailers.
I accept PayPal and credit cards through Direct Checkout. Etsy gift cards are also accepted. No checks, money orders or layaway. Payment should be made at time of purchase.
Returns & exchanges
All items are sold "AS IS" because they are pre-owned vintage jewelry and I do not have duplicates. My stock is limited to selling from my own private collection so I am unable to offer exchanges. I try to be as accurate as possible regarding any flaws or defects. While most of the items are in very good condition, they are NOT brand new! Please read each description carefully before ordering. I will be happy to answer any questions. Just contact me. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within three (3) days of receipt of the item so we can work out a solution. In most cases I will be happy to issue a refund minus shipping costs. Item must be returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back in the condition it was received, with appropriate insurance, in order for a refund to be issued. There will be no refunds issued for re-sized rings or altered jewelry. If your item is damaged in the mail please contact me immediately so that I can initiate an insurance claim, which will require the buyer to provide photos and in most cases, the return of the item unless otherwise agreed upon. A refund will be issued in a timely manner, including shipping fees. Lost packages and other delivery issues will be addressed on a per-case basis.
