As of 10.12.17 I have changed my shipping policies. Shipping charges have gone up. :( I will be shipping through Etsy and all packages will have a tracking number. I hate to have to do this, because my goal has always been to keep prices very low for all of my customers, BUT I've had an increase in number of packages that were never received, and this way at least i'll know where the packages are ending up. Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
I don't accept returns
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You will only receive a refund under special circumstances. We WILL NOT issue refunds over changed minds, something that is the post offices fault, or if you fail to leave all the details of what you specifically want in your order notes.
If this is an honest mistake on our behalf we will be happy to fix the problem, and issue a refund.
Regardless of the issue: please let me know what it is, i'm sure we can fix the problem, and decide if you will get a refund.
