I normally ship the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are NOT business days.
I ship all items via the US post office. Provide your PO Box if you have one.
You have the option to select priority shipping for an additional cost at checkout. Priority packages are automatically insured for up to $100
Insurance for first class packages is available at checkout for a small fee. You must purchase insurance in order to be able to make a lost or damaged package claim.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
All returns must be approved - so contact me prior to sending an item back. Please read the sizing and description of every item to ensure you the item meets your expectations. Shipping costs to return items are paid by the customer
If insurance is not purchased either through priority shipping or adding the insurance option, then we cannot file claims for lost or damaged packages. If I ship an uninsured package then no reimbursement will be given for lost packages.
