Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We take quality control very seriously at Ning Bags and check every order individually to insure accuracy and quality before shipping out to customers. We will refund or resend with free postage if we ship an incorrect item or items are missing, but you must contact NingBags within 24 hours after your order is received.

In cases where no shipping error or defect in the purchased items exists, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for each returned order. The buyer is also responsible for return postage. Please contact me within 24 hours after your order is received with your invoice number and a short description of the problem. You must, however, return the items within 7 days after your order is received and you contact me to let me know the problem. The returned items must be the same condition as originally shipped. Your purchase will be refunded (minus the restocking fee) after the returned items arrive at my shop.
