USA Shipping: I ship USPS first class mail with a tracking number. If you would prefer USPS Priority Mail for quicker shipping, I can do that. Priority Mail will be an extra charge,

You pattern will be in an acid free plastic zip lock bag to protect the envelope from any damage.
If the flap is hard to keep shut, I will use resealable matte tape. In other words, you can take the tape off without damaging the flap, and then you can reseal it multiple times. If all possible I will tuck the flap to the inside. I will ship in a padded envelope for extra protection.

Internationally Shipping: I ship USPS first class due to that is the less expensive shipping for overseas. This may take up to a month. If you would like to have your package sooner, I can do USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. Those would be extra charges.

Some countries like to add on extra charges for taxes and whatever else. I would advice to check with your post office and find out if they do for packages coming from USA. If they do you won't be able to get your package until you pay the extra charges. If you ordered and found out that you do and you don't want to pay them the extra charges let me know in a message that you paid but you want me to hold your order until you find out the extra charges that your country charges. If you decide that if will be to much I can cancel your order.

I prefer PayPal. I also take MasterCard, Visa, Etsy Gift Cards and Money Orders If you send a money order, I won't ship your order until the money order clears.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

USA:
I will accept refunds for up to 3 days. Please send me a message with a description of the problem.
I WILL NOT DO REFUNDS ON PATTERNS! I pack my patterns in a bubble envelope so they are protected. If you receive a pattern missing a piece please let me know. I can work with you on that kind of an issue. I only sell complete patterns. I would recommend that you purchase insurance for sewing patterns, because the post office doesn't take the best care of packages and the package could get torn or bent.
If the item does get damaged in shipping, please let me know. I will see if you purchased insurance to protect your purchase. This is why I strongly recommend insurance.

When you send me a message, please send pictures of the whole item and everything that came with it so I can check it out. Also send a picture of the packaging.

I will not issue a refund on postage.

International:
I will accept returns within 2 days. The shipping will not be included in the refund. So please make sure you are satisfied with the item before you check out.
Please send me an email stating why you want a refund and send pictures of the envelope and pattern. I will only do refunds on damaged patterns due to shipping. I highly recommend getting insurance for lost or damage to the package. I ship patterns in bubble envelopes.

I am always buying patterns. I will probably have more patterns then anything else. I very carefully check each pattern envelope for all pieces, instructions and any damage before I buy them.

I guarantee that how I describe the item is how you will receive it.
