Every order is shipped within 3 business days purchase. I ship USPS priority mail on all items containing plants. Due to plant stress in low temperatures, live items ship Monday-Thursday (no weekends) throughout the winter months.
If you would like to upgrade your nonperishable shipment, insurance, or delivery confirmation please contact me and we'll work out the details.
Great care is taken in sending your purchase out to you, but I am not responsible for lost items through shipping. A delivery confirmation number is sent to the buyer the day of shipment.
Due to strict customs, I am unable to ship plants outside of the US.
I love to recycle boxes. I use care in my selection as to choose only the sturdiest for your shipment. When you see a funky/creative box on your doorstep, you can bet it's me that sent it. :) Saving mother earth one box at a time.
Paypal is preferred payment. Many of my items are made to order and can take up to 7 business days to prepare for shipment. I cannot make or ship items until payment has cleared. If I do not receive payment within 24 hours of order placement, your order will be canceled.
Returns & exchanges
All sales on products, as a whole, are final and returns, exchanges, or refunds are not given. Vintage items all have their character marks from age, which is part of what makes them unique. They have been photographed and described to the best of my ability so please check out the description and pictures well before purchase.
However, in the unfortunate event that a plant dies within 3 days of delivery, I will be happy to send another plant, free of charge, WITH PICTURE PROOF of the deceased.
On that same note, due to the fact that many of my items are glass, unfortunately, on occasion some items may fall victim to rough handlers and may break. I will be more than happy to replace the broken item (and only the broken item) WITH PICTURE PROOF.
If items are ordered for a special occasion and are needed by a certain date (ie Christmas, Valentines Day, Birthday, Anniversary, etc.), and you find the item broken, I WILL NOT EXPRESS SHIP your item to get it to you in time. PLEASE order in a timely manner as to insure safe delivery and a replacement in time for the special occasion.
If you are completely dissatisfied with what you have received, please do convo me to work through your issue before leaving bad feed-back. I am committed to making every step along the way a great experience for my customers. Your concerns will need to be stated within within 2 days of receiving the item.
In some cases there may be a slight difference between the items in the photograph and the ones you receive in your order. The photographs are taken as an example of the piece you will receive and while great care is taken to replicate my designs, because nothing is EXACLTY the same, there will be slight differences in the recreation of that design. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact me and I will do my utmost to remedy the situation. Thank you for understanding the nature of hand-made!
