Our monograms and decals will stick to any smooth, rigid surface like glass, laptops, vinyl trunks, most helmets. They will not stick to grainy, non smooth finishes.

Directions for application are shipped with each order on the back of our business card. The card is positioned so you MUST see it when you open your package. Follow these directions! We do not replace items that did not stick when you did not follow our directions. If the product is defective we will replace at our expense.

This is a beautifully tooled belt. Unfortunately I had to return it as it did not fit....no fault of the vendor.

All shipping via USPS. Decal and monogram shipping is via First Class Mail with NO tracking info to keep buyer's costs down. First Class can be slow so we offer a Priority Flat rate envelope with tracking option (at checkout). If you need your items in a hurry, select this option.

See individual items for production time. This is the length of time it takes us to make your item NOT the amount of time before you receive your item. Once shipped, Etsy will send you an email with a shipping notice and tracking if applicable. Check your spam or Etsy settings if you don't see it. Shipping costs are not limited to the actual postage and also include cost of things like gasoline to deliver to post office, packaging materials, etc.


Payments

Paypal preferred. Credit cards cost us more money which, in turn, results in higher prices for our customers.


Returns & exchanges
