All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via USPS or UPS. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages by up to 6 weeks. This doesn't happen often, but it can happen.
All orders are sent via standard mail or ground, unless noted otherwise. Notify the in comment box prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.
We accept Etsy direct Check Out and Etsy gift cards.
California residents are required to pay 8.75% sales tax.
We no longer accept requests to cancel orders. Because orders are picked and shipped so quickly through our retail shop, our fulfillment staff does not see convos. All convos are answered off site from our home office. Often by the time a cancellation or change of address is requested or seen, our staff have likely already packaged the order. Thank you for your understanding.
Any RESERVED listings will be canceled after THREE days if not given notice that you need it held longer than that. Please do not make a request for a reserved or custom listing unless you plan to purchase it.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. Refund or exchange requests MUST be made within 3 days of packages being marked “Delivered” by USPS or UPS.
We do not refund any purchase that are not delivered due to being provided the wrong address on ETSY invoice! Please make sure your ETSY address is updated on your account before ordering.
