The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If there are any problems, we can find an amicable solution. I can only refund an item if the buyer feels that it has been grossly misrepresented or it differs greatly to my item description. Refunds may be offered in other circumstances and damage sustained in shipping must be supported by photographic evidence.
I would hope that, in the unlikely event of any problems occurring, on either side of the transaction, it can be resolved politely, amicably and with understanding.
