Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If not completely satisfied you may return item(s) for a refund. Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving. Purchase must be returned in the condition and package you received it in. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not refund original shipping cost. We only refund the purchase price of the transaction not the shipping charges. Please notify us by email or phone before returning. Once an item is received back to us you will be notified by email and a refund will be given. We do not do exchanges or store credit. Refund will be given as money back. We do not accept returns on custom made pieces or ring settings that have been resized.

PURCHASING THE CORRECT SETTING - Please make sure you purchase the correct setting for your gemstones to avoid unnecessary returns. There are different types of settings for faceted and cabochon cut gemstones. If you have a faceted gemstones only snap tite and pre-notched settings will work. If you have a cabochon cut gemstone only cab settings will work.

RING SETTINGS - Please note that some ring settings do require a final polishing and most ring settings are cast from molds and finger sizes can slightly vary because of shrinkage. So sizes can vary up to a 1/4 - 1/2 of a size.

CUSTOM ORDERS - All custom orders are non returnable and non refundable. WHY? This is because these products were specifically made or modified for a specific customer. This includes ring settings that have been sized.
