Kaszubian Floral Design with Tulipan in V-shape, 8x8 inch, for machine embroidery
This is a digital file
This is a V-shaped design in the folk art style of Kaszuby, a region in Poland. The first picture shows it on an old fashioned linen towel. Useful for filling a corner of a table cloth, towel, placemat, or pillow. This is a machine embroidery design file in both VP3, PES, 10o, dst, exp, hus, jef, pcs, pec, vip, and XXX formats included. You may convert it to any format your machine requires,. It is based on the traditional Tulipan and Kaszubian flower variants. All connected together with curly vines. It has 20005 stitches, size 191x187, 7 colors (8 changes) and fits in the 360x200 or 200x200mm hoop. The second picture shows this design stitched out along with it's 4 inch miniature size version. The 3rd picture shows the amber color scheme of the Borowiacka School of kaszubian embroidery.. I also used this as part of my apron designs.
The classic colors I use are a mix of Robinson-Anton (RA) and Sulky (Su) threads: Sky blue Su1248 or RA2239, Lake blue Su1534 or RA 2442, Sea blue Su572 or RA2210, Sun Yellow Su1024, Green Su1177, Black earth Su1005, and Red RA2378.

Frequently asked questions:
FAQ: Do you do custom embroidering?
Answer: To actually do the embroidery if you do not have an embroidery machine, I recommend an embroidery shop such as Midwest Embroidery. http://www.midwestembroideryandgraphics.com/contact-us.html
I would provide the design and they would stitch it out on anything you desire. It would cost about $15 for the 4 inch heart to be stitched out once. It is a very intricate design with 7 colors. I have it on several shirts. I just do not have a commercial embroidery machine that can do rapid stitchouts with automatic thread changes to make it cost effective for me to embroider items. I would have to charge at least double with my machine since it's much slower and needs attendance at the stitching. Midwest embroidery uses the EXP format which is included in the zip file you download after purchasing my designs. Please check with the embroidery shop you plan to use for the proper file format prior to purchase to see if it available.
FAQ: Do you do custom digitizing?
Answer: I am not yet retired from my day job, so I do this for fun. Unless your desire is pertinent to my theme, such as Kashubian embroidery, I think you would be better off with another digitizer.
FAQ: Are these sew-on patches?
Answer: No, these are designs for computerized embroidery machines. You must have a computerized embroidery sewing machine to use these designs.
FAQ: Are these patterns for hand embroidery?
Answer: No, these are not full size patterns with instructions that can be used for hand embroidery. You must have an embroidery machine for these designs.
FAQ: Do you have any finished items?
Answer: Yes, I have some embroidered towels/wash clothes and banners. Look in the section labelled "Embroidered Items."
FAQ: How are your designs organized?
Answer: I organize them by the hoop size that fits them. I use both millimeter size and inches.
