I ship via Australia Post twice a week on Tuesday and Thursday. Due to the cost of shipping with tracking numbers not all order will receive a tracking number - A3 prints will always have tracking, if you would like a tracking number please choose the tracking shipping option when completing your order. I will do my best to ensure your order arrives to you safely and on time. If your order arrives damaged please send me photos of the damage and I will assess case by case whether I will send another order free of charge.
Your order will not be shipped unless full payment has been made.
Returns & exchanges
If you believe your item to be faulty please contact me with pictures of the product and I will assess whether a refund is negotiable.
I will accept returns and exchanges - the cost of return shipping will be covered by the buyer.
Due to the nature of the recycled paper, some products will have inconsistencies (flecks of colour etc.) in the paper, I won't send anything with very noticeable marks. I do not sell anything I don't believe is up to a high standard.
I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me immediately after your order if you believe you have made a mistake.
Items on sale will not be refunded.
If an order does not arrive after 30 days of being shipped (lost in the post) and the shipping address was CORRECT I will send ONE replacement order with all costs covered pending availability of stock - if item is out of stock a refund or exchange will be offered.
If an order does not arrive and is not returned to me due to the WRONG ADDRESS being given a replacement item will be sent to the correct address with the buyer covering shipping costs and 50% of the cost of the item. If you make a mistake with the shipping address please contact me immediately, if you contact me within 24 hours of making your order to correct the shipping address there will be no added costs.
