I ship twice a week (usually Mon and Thu, but not guaranteed) I will be able to ship more often, depending on the number of orders and availability.

I have ready stock on hand so I usually process your order within 1-5 business days from the time of purchase. Please allow for 5-10 business days for custom, special or bulk orders.
For multiple item orders, shipping costs overage might be eligible for a refund.
All orders with shipping fess less than $8will be shipped via USPS first class mail with tracking information. Usually that would take 3-7 business days. All orders with shipping fees above $8will be shipped via USPS priority mail, and that usually takes 2-3 business days.
$8 is my small flat rate usps rate.
Shipping overage is refunded. After you send in your order, I will calculate the shipping, mailing and handling fees and refund the rest to you.

I DO NOT and CANNOT guarantee shipped date. Please note that if there are any delays after I drop off the package, I have no control over it as it's with USPS. The only thing I can do is drop them off asap. As much as I wish that you will get the package asap, I can't guarantee it. Please understand...Thanks

Little Bead Fairy will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistics, reroute issues, etc.
Please make sure you have the correct address on your Etsy account. We will mail your package to the address listed on your Etsy account and will not be responsible if you had typed in the wrong address. There will be no refund on the lost beads and if the package was returned to us, we will mail it out to you again but you will have to pay again for the postage. We will not accept any cancellations on the order.
