A note about the fabrics in my shop:
All fabrics are hand cut with me operating the rotary cutter and ruler. Depending on the fabric, the edges will have frayed a little (especially the team fabrics, I've found), because that's what happens when fabric is handled after being cut (whether this shows in the picture or not). Also, the squares may not be perfectly stacked, although I do try to present them nicely. They have most likely been previously washed. Most fabrics are the remains from the many t-shirt quilts I make. you may find fuzzies or lint on some of the pieces, and slight variations in the sizes (I hope you don't find variations, but felt I ought to put a disclaimer!) Thank you for understanding. :)
If for any reason you are unhappy with what you receive please let me know. I want my customers to be happy!
Most (but not all) fabrics will be quilt shop quality or higher end Joann's/Hobby Lobby.
I use FedEx, UPS and USPS. If you have a preference please let me know.
For shipping quilts, I normally require insurance and signature confirmation because of their value.
Payments on my "made to order" items are usually not due until the item is completed. At that time, I will make a custom listing for you with a picture so you can take care of the balance. I'll send your item(s) to you once I receive payment.
I expect to be paid once your quilt is completed. Please try to take care of the balance within 5 days of receiving notification. As always, communication is key! I understand things come up...just let me know.
PLEASE READ: Custom Made/Ordered Quilts that are not paid for within 30 days of receiving completion notice will be donated to a local charity or shelter or I will submit I claim in small claims court. I really don't want to do either, so please let me know if something comes up.
I try very hard to get your items made in the timeframe I've quoted you at the time of ordering. Please remember, though, that I am a one-woman circus and sometimes get a little behind. In the event that I'm not able to meet a deadline, I will contact you to let you know what's going on.

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I do not accept returns or offer refunds on "made to order" items.
All other items, I will gladly give a refund or exchange if the items do not meet expectations. Simply contact me within 3 days of receipt, and send the item(s) back to me within 7 days of receipt.
