Absolutely! We are willing to work with our customers whenever possible. While we do our best to price our items fairly and competitively, we will gladly look at any reasonable offer, particularly when a customer is buying multiple items. Simply contact us via Etsy prior to sale. Negotiations will not be made after a sale has gone through. We also offer layaway on orders over $200.

All items in our shop are vintage, which in Etsy terminology means they are at least 20 years old. As such they are used and worn unless otherwise indicated. Please understand that while true defects will be noted, signs of age and wear are to be expected when purchasing vintage items.

The answer is specific to each item. In general, our items are used and worn unless otherwise indicated in the listing. We will note any visible damage and show it in listing photos whenever possible. Please read item descriptions and examine photos carefully. Please understand that normal wear, patina, and even damage are a large part of the charm and history of vintage items.

We do our utmost best to package our items safely. We sell a large number of fragile items and have had very few issues of damage. If an item does arrive to you damaged, you must keep the item and package as originally received and contact us immediately. If the packaging is not retained, no claim can be filed and no refund will be given. Photos and other documentation may be required from you to process the claim. Funds will be reimbursed when insurance claims are paid.

We accept returns only when the customer contacts us within 3 days of delivery and the return is postmarked no more than 7 days after the delivery date. Some items are non-returnable and will be marked as such in their listings. Shipping is non-refundable and return shipping will be at the customer's expense. Items arriving back to us marked undeliverable, unclaimed or returned without prior notification will not be refunded and the buyer forfeits all payments made. Items must be returned via the same shipping method as they were received, be well packaged, and signed delivery is required.

Unless specified otherwise in a listing, we ship all orders withing 1 to 3 business days. We primarily ship via USPS and will ship priority whenever possible. Some larger or heavier items ship via Fedex. We ship worldwide. Please contact us with any shipping questions prior to purchase.

Unfortunately shipping IS expensive. And the farther you are from Kentucky, where we are, the more expensive it is. However, there are options. We use Etsy's Calculated Shipping, which does not include a Fedex calculation. In a lot of cases, Fedex is cheaper for cross country shipments. So if you are on the West coast and are interested in a larger item, don't hesitate to ask us prior to purchase if we can save you some money on shipping. We will do anything we can to minimize the cost while still getting your item to you safely!
