justforbabyonline uses the USPS with delivery confirmation for domestic packages containing garments and accessories. The delivery confirmation allows you to track your package. A tracking number will be provided through an email when the order has been shipped.
Priority Mail shipping includes up to $50 insurance. Additional insurance on packages is available at an additional cost.
Fabrics, laces and other trims will be shipped USPS First Class with delivery confirmation.
International Purchases will be shipped via USPS first class. This method of shipping does NOT include a tracking number. If you need a tracking number, it can be obtained by upgrading the shipping method.
The buyer is responsible for all duties and customs on international orders.
Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
Payments will be processed either through Paypal or Etsy's Direct Checkout. If you would like to make other arrangements for payment, please message me.

Returns & exchanges
I am confident you will be pleased with your purchase as each item is handmade with attention to quality and detail.
READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS: If for some reason, you need to return/exchange a purchased item that was listed as a ready-to-ship item, I will need to be contacted within 3 days of receipt. The actual return of the items(s) must be made within 7 days of receipt. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition. I have the right to refuse any item that is not. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
First Communion and Christening/Baptismal Gowns are non-returnable/non refundable.
CUSTOM MADE ITEMS:
Please understand that custom made orders are a one-of-a-kind item based upon your preferences, fabric and lace selection, measurements, etc. It is specifically designed for you. I will work closely with you throughout the process, however, once you have made the decision to purchase, a cancellation will result in a voided transaction that will cost you 50% of the total purchase price. Upon cancellation, I will issue you a credit for the remaining balance plus shipping charges.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS once shipped, are non-returnable/non-refundable.
If I set up a custom listing for you, I will keep it active for three days. After that time, if you have not purchased the item(s), the listing will be removed and any commitments to specific delivery dates or pricing, I may have made or agreed to, will be void.
I make every attempt to respond to all inquiries and requests within 24 hours. To assure a timely response, always message me via Etsy.
If you have a photo of your little one in one of my outfits, I'd love to share it with other Etsy members.
To assure the photo (file) will be received, please e-mail it to me at email@example.com indicating that it may be used as an appreciation photo in a future listing.
If the photo is a professional photo, please provide the photographer's information so that credit may be given.
