FAQs

A printable is a digital version of one of our invitations or artwork that you can print at home or take to a professional printer. We do all of the editing for you and supply you with a high resolution print ready file. You can also print as many copies as you like!

The files are supplied as a high resolution CMYK PDF. They will be provided to you both with and without trim marks so you can easily print and cut at home. Please let me know prior to ordering If your printer requires a different file format or set up, and I will advise if I can accommodate your requirements. Certain printing shops and websites (usually photo printing services) will only accept specific file types. Refunds will not be given if you have purchased a file your chosen printing place will not accept.

Please allow up to 3 business days to be sent your initial proof once order has been made and all information required has been supplied. If changes are then made, we allow an additional 3 business days per additional proof. Please send your information through for customised designs as soon as possible, We will contact you as soon as possible if something is missing but this delays the process. If no information is received within 2 weeks of purchase your item may be marked as dispatched. For printed orders, items will be posted through Officeworks Mailman (excluding PO Boxes) - Registered with a tracking number provided for you. Items are posted from Sydney, and delivery times vary between 1-14 business days dependent on location.

Please read the individual listing description to see what changes are included in the design. Generally, text changes and two size options (mm or in) are included with each invitation design. For anything else, you can purchase one of our artwork change listings for each additional change you would like to make. They are $2AUD each. Please feel free to message us beforehand to discuss custom design options. With all custom designs we also include 2 rounds of changes if any small adjustments (eg. spelling errors etc) need to be made after receiving your first proof.

Whilst we will make any obvious changes if we see an error when designing your invitations, Pixels and Print are not responsible for any errors found within the text. We will write EXACTLY what you supply us with, and will not proofread all information given. We will send you a proof before the final invite files for you to approve all information is correct. We offer two rounds of changes with all our customised designs if there is a small error that needs correcting.

All sales are final. Please read the item description carefully for the exact details ( including dimensions, file type etc.) before proceeding with your purchase. No refunds will be given for change of mind or if you have purchased a file your chosen printing place will not accept. If you are unsure about anything before making your purchase, please send me an message, I'd be happy to help you where possible.

Colours on screen will always appear brighter than the printed version. Due to different monitor calibrations the colours may change slightly from screen to print. Final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. We recommend that you do a colour check during the proofing stage to ensure you are happy with the colours before the final documents are sent. If you need any recommendations for paper or printer to use, please feel free to send me an email and I am happy to make suggestions depending on your design.
